Just to be aware that in this Covid Climate we are no longer issuing a face to face briefing for our customers.



We will require

A list of all attendees email addresses from you so that we can send out our signing ons and covid protocol arrangements to them, which will allow them 4 days to return to us along with a copy of their licences..

A list of all your team leaders.


So i've provided them with our group leader details, now what I need from you lot is your email addresses.
Please either dm, text, whatsapp or signal them to me. This way I can send them all together.
My number is at the bottom of my signature.

Because of restrictions there aren't any spectators/pit crew/brolly Dolly's to be with you. Only riders in the paddock.
I know it's different if you go to Donny etc but we are still dealing with Welsh government rules.

As discussed we are allowed a max of 50 people on site,( Welsh Government rules ) and if your riders do not complete the signing on form and receive an email to confirm signing on, they will not be allowed entry.

We have agreed that you will forward this link on to all your customers and forward me a list of customers names, sorted into groups as well so that we can cross check information and that all riders will receive their stickers and wristbands in a sealed envelope for you to distribute.
