I took the last hire bike but there are 2 more sports for own bike, the website isn't showing this so you can call them on 01686 413324 to book in. Really helpful on the phone and you can ride non-Yamaha's!

Well that was a top day I am there on the 23 July again if anyone is interested I am sure woody will put up a video or two if that fancy camera works

Class day!! Utterly broken today.
Camera seemed to have worked, I’ll go through it today.. if my arms work..

I enjoyed it right up until the bit that I found myself upside-down in the gravel.

5 Hours in hospital and I can't race next weekend at Pembrey... Off-roading is not for me as it turns out.
