Lane at risk of closure - Submit user evidence now!!

Don't usually post in here, but out and about in East Devon today I saw a Devon County Council notice on a lane in Metcombe, Tipton St John, that says they're seeking a "Definitive Map Modification Order" which will reduce (part of) a lane to a Restricted Byway, meaning no vehicular access.
As per the details in the photo's, the lane runs from SY 0800 9197 to SY 0831 9192. If this section is lost the whole lane may be dead-ended as there is no guarantee of legal access from SY 0831 9192 to Green Lane. This is the strip that runs along the rear of the gardens of a line of fairly expensive looking houses, and gives access to a couple at the Eastern end.
Please note, reading the notice, your evidence must state you used the lane between 2001 - 2006. You have until 15/7/22 to submit user evidence forms - and I'm sure you've all ridden it, haven't you
User evidence form from DCC, which needs to be sent to thomas.green@devon.gov.uk (as already said, to arrive no later no later than 15/7/22) - FOR THOSE THAT CAN, PLEASE SHARE TO OTHER OFFROAD GROUPS/ORGANISATIONS........
