fair play, experience of cold tracks and cold tyres has taught me to leave it until late march early april for UK dates

I do agree that a cold track can be problematic. Especially if moist. But my plan is to take it nice and slow. Too early in the year to come off and god forbid- get injured

Did castle Combe in April. Was about 8 degrees on the m5 at 7am. Thought this would be ok.
Got to Combe and there was snow on the cars.

Yet, cracker of a day and not one red flag.

That was a great day. Slightly chilly, but dry day with sunny spells. At first I had no idea what I am doing on the track, but later on in a day learned the track, set the pressures right and then the fun happened.
Thanks sim for coming over to watch, hope you had at least 10% of fun I had.

Yeah, it was good to see the Bike in action after also seeing it in so many pieces.
Track looked fun to have a blast around, everyone's pace certainly came up during the day too, shame about all the red flags due to cold tyres.
