Thurs 17th Aug - North Devon Loop to Seaton Bike Night

Post by Jug »

Looking to leave Chard by 14:00 to do an afternoon loop and end up at Seaton in time for the bike night meet @ approx 18:30.

Rough timings for anyone that wishes to join me mid route,

Chard - 14:00
Lynmouth - 15:30
S Molton - 16:45
Tivy - 17:15

Pace will be progressive and possibly a little smelly if you're too close as my bike is still running a tad rich.

I can't zoom in to see properly but it looks you might be coming through Ottery. If so I'll be in the town square from 1800 hrs. If I'm not there, don't wait.

I'm not sure which part is the town square but I'm assuming I will be passing through.

Richard, any chance you could do the route on Google maps so we can see it in better detail?
I'll meet you in South Molton, waiting in SMolton square before you turn right for the Alswear/Witheridge road.

Cool.
I'll leave just before and go get fuel at Tesco and then meet you at the Old Toll House at the top of Chard.
Here's a gpx of the route for anyone that wants it.

The euphemistically named 'Town Square' is called Broad Street. I'll be immediately on your left as you enter it, opposite The Volunteer Inn
