When i did mine a few years back.... i was about 20 mins late..
apparently my response to 'Why are you late?' being, 'Because i stuck to the speed limits' didn't go down as well as i'd hoped
Although did cause a few chuckles in the room...
It wasn't all bad in the end but i agree best thing to do is just be quiet and let them get on with it.
