Well I am very happy and excited to say that the F900R got a little trip to Exeter for the week recently to visit Mr Ruffian at work and he worked his magic and wizardry and now I have a shiny new link pipe and end can and ...... OMG it sounds soooooo good. Has changed the bike from a little wisper of a twin to more SuperDuke sound, and looks bloody amazing as well.

Ian (aka Ruffian) please let me know when you would like pictures posted as will be more then happy to do so.

Hey Rob, Glad you enjoyed it on the ride home (have you taken that baffle out yet??)
Photos can be posted on here as its only the prototype so as long as not "worldwide" socials etc will be fine.
Was a pleasure to make and mount one of our silencers onto your bmw to let it breath,

Still looking into other bikes to find numbers and viability etc so have not forgotten about others who have mentioned their bikes etc.

Well people got to nip out quickly today for a few miles and what a complete joy this new exhaust is. Performance wise no real noticeable change but looks and sound wise and just totally transformed the bike

Glad to have the feedback rob,
Bmw did develop the standard exhaust nicely but did sound a bit quiet. Glad your happy with how it sounds.

As for the other guys I'm still looking into numbers and what would be possible/ other offerings on the market to see if its viable etc.

There's 2,891 Triumph Sprint ST 1050's currently on the road in the UK (I've just checked), and I bet a good percentage would, like me, be happy to dispense with the heavy as hell OEM item.

@Ruffian I don't suppose you're interested in doing a full system for a FZS1000 removing the EXUP? Mine is in full working order but didn't know if you'd want to see if you could get something that works well. I think Black Widow used to do one but it wasn't received very well by owners. There's a guy in the states who's made one which is supposed to be pretty good (Dale at Holeshot Performance) -
https://www.holeshot.com/yamaha/fz1/pro ... der-system, but it's expensive to import so another quality alternative would be good as the EXUP valves can seize if not looked after and parts are getting hard to find meaning there is a market for headers that do away with the EXUP but still provide good power delivery throughout the rev range.

We do have a link pipe and header listed compatible with the 2006-2015 fz1.

As well as complete kits with gaskets and silencer.
Will check to see if we have any fitted photos tomorrow if wanted.

Ian, I'd be very interested in a set of headers for the FZS1000, as mentioned by Paul (pieeater). That is the gen1 fazer thou' not the later FZ1. My exup is seized solid and a quality set of headers as opposed to the Black Widow tat would be very much appreciated. I'm sure there is a market as many other FZS1000 owners are in the same boat.

Sorry my mistake for posting a link to the wrong bike, it looks like Holeshot no longer market a system for the first generation Fazer Thou, and Black Widow have also stopped listing theirs. I don't know if this is down to the bike being out of production for a while but it could be a good marketing opportunity or alternatively a real can of worms if its difficult to do away with the EXUP without leaving a hole in the power delivery.

I know it is possible as Yoshimura did a full racing system for the bike which gave it nearly 20hp more with a rejet and airbox mods, and Holeshots system was well regarded.

So been a mental few months.
Managed to push through quite a few developments on new bikes.
Always looking for new models/bikes to develop and wanted to promote this again especially if people had changed their bike.

Let me know what you have to offer.
Could get a free exhaust.
