"Are you requesting a deposit with each booking? Apparently one of the guys, John, was asked for the cost of the first night as a deposit. Historically we've all paid on departure.

I should have asked y'all to quote "Brian Freke SouthWestBikers deal" when booking. Seems like if you don't get through to Lindsay or Katherine they aren't quite aware of the details of the arrangement with Lindsay......it is the Neuadd after all

Our standard procedure is to take the first night payment as a deposit to secure any booking made, so that will be why it was requested by our staff. So far everyone has paid the deposit except yourself and Richard, but if anyone objects to paying it we are not going to insist.
