I did see the video in question from 44 teeth and don’t think this is killing track days as don’t think as a rule people do sue others in the case of an accident.

However what’s being highlighted is if you are riding in a way that is not in keeping with the guidance of the track day (ie stuffing it up the inside and taking a riders line) then this is not just about having an accident it’s about you causing harm to another on purpose.

Accidents caused by a genuine accident running out of talent is a track day incident and will never see the inside of a court room.
