hello can tell me if i have to have a instrument pannel on my tzr e.g lights to show,high beam,neutrol,indicators. or can i get a away with just having speedo and rev counter

if you have indicators fitted then you need either an indicator warning lamp or an audiable buzzer, otherwise no legal need for idiot lights AFAIK.

general rule with mot's is, if its on the bike, its got to work. if you've indicators you've got to have a warning lamp or buzzer. pre-august 86 ( i think) you can get away with no indicators if you blank out the switch too. i've got mini tacho and speedo, and no idiot lights other than an led in each headlamp shell for indicator warning lights and not had any mot problems...
you're in newton abbot aren't you? go to john t at newton motor cycles for your mot, hes thorough but fair, and builds/rides customs so is used to seeing aftermarket clocks and stuff on bikes.
