What bike are you on?
I get 3k out of 010's on my T595 (front and rear).
Andrew swapped from 010's to 020's to 014's on his Daytona 900 so has some good comparisions.. he can be more accurate but I know he was getting less than 2k from 014's but was at about 3k from 010's and 4k from 020's.

Mines a heavy bike so my tyres probably won't suit your bike but I get 6000 miles out of Avon Azaros

Diablo's are spot on...rears are good on virtually all bikes for over 3000 miles...grip is fantastic too

I get an easy 4,000 miles from my prev 010's/Diablo's/D207's on the Gix750/ZX6R. I dont thrash it everywhere or do meny motorway/dual carrageway miles so I've always tended to get good milage from my tyres.
2,000miles per rear would had killed me a few years back when I was going 10,000+ miles a year !

Got about 3500 miles out of BT014 on back of my '04 Gixer (admittedly not all MY riding), and paid ?104 for another one fitted to loose wheel in Teape's Tyres in Barnstaple! If someones charging you ?145......... don't go back there!!! lol

I really don't see the point in buying hi-stick sports tyres for the road........you get naff all mileage outta them,i sure they good for some people, but i prefer my tyres to last - so macadams i gonna stick with, best tyres i ever had - and i had Battleaxes on my RD's.........

I see where your coming from, but on the other side of the argument, i liek the tyre it was designed for to be on it, and i will get a track day in on the next set, so i'll go for supersport style tyres, there are still 2 stages to go on the sticky side according to MCN's tyre review.
