How many points
Moderator: Staff
9 points came off my licence last year and what a weight lifted off my shoulders that was.
But at some point this year i got cought doing 56mph in a 30 by a GATZO.
Admitted i was the rider and then they sent a letter saying due to the severity of the case they were unable to issue a fixed penalty and had to refer to the magerstraites and a summons will be issued. Still waiting and i'm sure its been longer then 6 months. Which i was told is the limit to prosercute.
Spelling not great sorry.

It's "persecute".
And the point is thats pretty f..king amazing for 125mph That would almost always get you no points what so ever. as you dont get points when you get banned.Tom wrote:That was to 1blue about Kev's 125mphTom wrote:I would say 3 at a guess?
then Kev explained he was only done for 98mph.
Still very very lucky to only get 3 points and £60.

I know that he got caught at a speed where you can get banned at.
I was just saying........

true, but you can say that about anything. If they didn't let you take your test till your 21 (like i think they are planning to try and introduce in europe) it would save alot of lives too. The law can only do so much, eventually the responsiblity lies with the rider/driver.As I said before on this board. If my mate Matty who I was chasing at the time and I had been banned, Matty would not have killed himself in Gunnislake in July last year
i dont have a drinking problem.......if anything, i'm too good at it
Same reason why I (still) got a SV!trickdup wrote:Very true. I was V lucky. Don't do it kids.
The ZRX keeps me the right side of 3 figures. Thats less than 99mph for those of you that need to ask.
