You were lucky.

Even at 98 you usually have to go to court.

9 points came off my licence last year and what a weight lifted off my shoulders that was.

But at some point this year i got cought doing 56mph in a 30 by a GATZO.

Admitted i was the rider and then they sent a letter saying due to the severity of the case they were unable to issue a fixed penalty and had to refer to the magerstraites and a summons will be issued. Still waiting and i'm sure its been longer then 6 months. Which i was told is the limit to prosercute.

Spelling not great sorry.

That would almost always get you no points what so ever.

As I said before on this board. If my mate Matty who I was chasing at the time and I had been banned, Matty would not have killed himself in Gunnislake in July last year

I think you missed it, I replied when yours was the last replied. And I read Kev had been caught twice......and had 6 points.

I know that he got caught at a speed where you can get banned at.

I got what you meant no probs, I was just finding out how he managed to only get 3 points when caught at 125mph.

There had to be more to it, if he'd got 3 points at that speed.

true, but you can say that about anything. If they didn't let you take your test till your 21 (like i think they are planning to try and introduce in europe) it would save alot of lives too. The law can only do so much, eventually the responsiblity lies with the rider/driver.

The ZRX keeps me the right side of 3 figures. Thats less than 99mph for those of you that need to ask.

Here is the bike I was doing 125mph on the A38 between deap lane and Saltash Bridge. It took the copper 7 miles to catch us!

Can you guess what it is yet?
