Kool, but how do we prove our SWB membership? When we go in there? Does that mean we can get 10% of a new Augusta

I 'spose you have to be displaying SWB stickers really.

If you've got the visor sticker, you could show that!

well i have had some excellent customer service from SP, i went in with a rear mismatched tyre that i bought from them after it failed the mot, i had told them it had to match a mez4 ont front but the rear was a cross ply......so it failed, despite me doing 3,500 miles on the rear cross ply they changed it over to a new Z6 Roadtec FOC and redid me mot at half price...........they didn't even bat an eyelid or try to fob me off when i told them of my prediciment and apologised for the mistake. in a word they were BRILLIANT and oil be going back there for anything bike related that i require. good eggs :D

Sorry to spoil the parade here peeps but this company being SP Motorcycles to whom i live very near had a management change recently.

The reason why i ask is you all seem to be prasing them up but when i went in there last year i found one of the blokes in there very arrogant.

I only asked for a price on a set of crash bungs and he started giving me a lecture on why he couldnt see why i spent an extra 1000 pounds on mine when i could of got an R6 that cheaper.

I couldn't believe it and vowed never to go in there again.

Perhaps i should take another trip in. For 10% discount i could always wear ear plugs. :?
