Couple of chances:

1. loacl dealer - the spares or service dept often have plenty of old keys, grab the box and keep trying til you find one that fits
2. the ignition switch should have a number stamped on it. They should be able to get a key re-cut from this
3. Locksmith - you'd be amazed what they can do
4. Know anyone good at picking locks

well they are good sugestions, the lock has no number on it, but the local dealer sounds like the best option so far, nice one.
But i have managed to customise both of the barrells with aid of some sticky tape, magnet filings and an electrical screwdriver so that the bike will now function fully on one of my spare zx6r keys.....result lol. But i will need to sort out a proper key for when i want to sell it on.

 The blanks can be purchased froma dealer - Suzuki charge about £16 though. But to cut it you'll need the original key, or the number from it which may be in the user manual.

If all else fails, E-Bays bound to have some sort of lock set for your bike, or if the ignition barrel works with any key, just replace the fuel tap cap thingy.......what is the correct name for the bit you open to put fuel in

Its far to early

Could always get a lock kit from a breaker. I did when I lost the keys for the ZZR.
