I have a friend who is looking to do a CBT and then get herself a 125. She likes the CBR and the NSR - but would welcome any advice/recommendations, please..

I had a cbr, bloody great bike to learn on and you don't have all the expense and maintenence worries of a two stroke.

Just to be different i would say the cagiva mito, nice looking bike, nice sounding bike and nice to ride (so ive been told). But it depends on what your friend likes. Also what billinom8s said, seat height is always a factor!!!

But if i had to choose between the CBR and NSR i would go for the NSR, but thats just me, i really do like the CBR but the NSR gets my vote.

Baskie.....Loving the edited Sig!!!

I will vouch for the CBR, it is very easy to ride and has less maintence over the 2 stroke NSR.

Probably not as quick but they are ideal for learners.
