Zero Carbon Footprint

I saw on ITV news tonight a piece about two guys going from the north to the south pole only using foot or natural power, walking, cycling etc. This is in order to highlight the plight of the environment and to do it without a carbon footprint. Twice in the story guess what I saw? A red land rover support vehicle!

I can only say one word...

But think of it this way :? – they are doing it so you don’t have to. :)

So they are walking across the globe, out of breath, usign more oxygen, and emitting more Co2 themselves.

Land rovers can run on vegetable oil. That is "natural" and comes from crops such as oil seed rape, wheat etc.

The very latest common rail diesels can't.
Best they could do is Bio fuel, which isn't available everywhere.

I am doing more for carbon emissions by not having a curry tonight.
