Wood Burner stove and Flue "Q"??

Okey dokey all in the know.
Nothing to do with bikes again but variety is the spice of life, well so they tell me
I want to fit a small woodburner in my lounge but do not have a chimney.
(not the kind you cook on, just heat with)
I know that you can go direct out the wall from the woodburner and have a vertical flue on the exterior to the roof of the house.
Now "Q" time.
Anyone know anything about this i.e
Regs,
Prices,
Recommendations,
Company and Supply recommendations,
Do's and Don'ts
Anything no matter how small you think i should know before tackling this project.
I can get hold of as much pallett wood i want and know a very kind woodsupplier who can help supply decent burning wood.
Its free to heat the lounge then and hopefully get a decent size stove that will spread the heat around the house
