Hi everyone, I'm new on this forum, I've got several bikes including a ZRX650R which has been featured in Streetfighters last May and displayed on the custom Xtreme stand at the NEC last year. A GSXR750K5 fighter which is about to be featured in Streetfighters, when Everett comes down at the end of the month to do the pics. A Z1000 called the MadCow featured in streetfighters about 7 years ago, which is undergoing a rebuild to take it to 1260 with GixK4 radial front and JMC mono rear with slots, and all new bodywork and paint, it'll be totally different to how it was last seen at Westpoint last year. A Katana 400 import which now has a 750 slingshot motor fitted and USD front end from a K4 with JMC rear from a Bandit 12.
As well as several other projects that are under development at the moment
I've spent the last three years teaching motorcycle mechanics at a college in Bristol, but left earlier last year to pursue my own projects and to that end I know own a dyno, which I bought last year.

I now run 'The Mutts Nuts mobile dyno' and I'm about to move into a new workshop at the begining of March, where I'll be creating even more bikes, and doing everything from jet kits and servicing to full bike builds. At some point I'll be getting an MOT station in there, hopefully early this year, though it largely depends on how long planning takes.

I'll be supporting the Plymouth mega ride again this year with the dyno, as well as some dates at Paignton (TBC) and of course Westpoint and Newton Abbot shows and the Sunday streetwars drag racing at Smeatharpe, and various dealer days around the southwest.

As you can probably gather I spend most of my time spannering and riding, unless I'm out with my nutter Great Dane terrifying small children
I look forward to meeting some of you whilst out and about if we get a decent summer this year, regardless of whether you want a run or not if I'm at an event come over and say hello, I've always got time for a chat.

Hi Chris, hows it going? The only muddy I've got at the moment is on the front of the MadCow, but I'm selling the entire front end since I'm replacing it with a more modern one.
It's an 1100L that's been resprung with lighter progressive springs. It's got billet yokes with a stem for a Z1000J but otherwise it's a complete 1100L front, with good calipers and discs and a brand new 207 tyre.
The Muddy is an ART carbon one, unpainted, I think I've got a GSXR1000K2 which might work if you don't want the carbon one.

was just after a fibreglass muddie really as its going satin black, shame to spray a carbon one really.

How much are you after for the complete front end? think kev was looking at getting his stanchions rechromed on his slingshot but it was looking pricey - might be another option for him. hes also after a complete slabside gsxr if you know of any going?

Welcome. Enjoy your stay.

How much are your power runs out of curiosity and are how accurate are the figures as I have heard the story that different dynos give slightly different figures for the same bike.
