We went this afternoon ... same as usual down there, but worth going. Wall of Death was superb (again!)
Was a bit surprised at the £4 a bike charge ... wasn't it £1 each person last year?
Oh well it goes to BMAD anyway.

Same same as usual. Good for a few hours
Make sure you throw some coppers at our own T&C125, who is riding from Lands End to John O'Groats on a 125 next week. They have a stand next to Motorcycle Mayhem (It's right down on the end). Any donation over £1 and you're allowed to punch him in the face

Dont get to close else he'll thumb you.

I spent the weekend there,, it was £3:00 last year to park bike on the front, so £1 inflation, bloody good do really, weather was superb, which makes it,, sunday was packed out with alot of joe public about..its all about soaking up the atmosphere, the only thing I wish they would do is a helmet, jacket.. general luggage store like they do at the bmf, cos its a pain carrying it and too many other normal people about to leave it lying around... But still a good do..

We [10 of us] went down yesterday and handed over a tenner - when she said another £30 would be good we kicked off big time

so she let us in for £1 each
Don't know what "BMAD's" about but if money goes to awards for best bke etc - visitors should vote by putting £1 in a money box by each bike...? but as normal, I probably got it all wrong
As always - a good day out

BMAD (Bikers Make A Difference) is all about charity ....thats what your "saving" deprived .... have a look here

Didn't go this year, but would agree £4 is the upper limit I would pay for the event though .....
