Nice job speedy....the reason i was asking if anyone offered metal polishing as a sideline is basically i aint heard of anyone offering and i know with working in a few metal polishing shops how much some of them screw people for...i was asking the question so if say someone in Paignton was doing polishing on the side then i wouldn't offer to do it for anyone in that area...i know there is a big market for metal polishing down here and i'm trying to make my mind up if it's worth doing it full time

Wish we had someone up this end doing it. Like you said, there was one guy, but he was ripping people off big time and he didnt last very long and is now closed up.

I did both the exhaust and link pipe (which was annodised) and it took me abour 2 - 2½ hours to do, but that was using just a drill and the mop kit.

If you did start, I get asked all the time up here, so could throw them your number.

ther was a guy who set up at the end of quay road in newton abbot with a polishing shop a few years ago, alongside the garage there. didnt seem to last very long there though - reckon there's enough of a market for it to be a full time business?

How much would a braced swingarm roughly cost?
No damage or anything, paints just a bit faded.
And a top yoke.
Can email you some pics if you want.
