There is a few of us going out bristol way, heading to abervergranny (or what ever its called!), your more than welcome to join us !

That's a great rideout across the bridge.

I live over in Swindon and often head out that way myself. often meet a friend who comes up from Taunton in bristol, either at the services or down at Fowlers. Then, we head across to Cardiff on the M4 (boring..!), up through Merthyr, across to Brecon and then down to Abergavenny and then onto Monmouth. Here we split as my mate heads back down to Newport for the ride home and I head up through Ross and blast back on the A40 to Gloucester (great road) before using the A417 back to Swindon... must do it again soon :- )

Well, thanks for the offer but am already provisionally booked onto a rideout in the Cotswolds, but, if that doesn;t go ahead for whatever reason then yes, I'll head out and meet you. Recently changed my bike so need a good run out this weekend. If I am going to be coming, will post up here tonight and confirm; otherwise I'll keep an eye on the forums and come along next time

Ideal - good man !!

Forcast is cloudy, but no rain !

Was a great blast in teh end - great road up there and back ! Was nice to get out on the bike properly !
