Did a quick quote on ferry crossings with a van from plymouth to roscoff and that was as much as the trackday

The best crossing to get to Le Mans is Portsmouth-Le Havre, it's only a short hop of 140-odd miles from the port, and it's even quicker now that they've used heaps of EU money to build autoroutes down most of the way (I haven't ridden down there since '96, when it was RNs (A roads) all the way
I wonder if the circuit will insist that everyone uses their fuel, like they do for the 24-hour race, it's only €3.50-odd/litre

Is this the focused or no limits one as we've been speaking about it in SP for weeks now
Focused insist you've done a full foreign track package with them before going to le mans

Same really as they are same week, but we were talking about No Limits at the meal on Saturday because of Fucus’s restriction.
And I did worn Dave that the ferries in school hols are expensive.
Spoke to Bren (Red Barron) and he said to try a euro TDO Eybis, Speer etc. Said we should go to
http://www.racing4fun.de as they collate all the events.

Long way down. Took me over a day an a half last time I drove the truck to Nagaro (including driving through the night around Paris). I think the point is that Le Mans is well known and close.
The other alternative is Spa. Just as famous, better circuit, not too much further. Can do it in 11 hours from Exeter including ferry. Worst bit is the drive to Dover.
Last time there they had Inters, fast and a superfast fast group – which was really fast (if you get my drift)

Just to throw a spanner into the works. European Track Promotions have Le mans list for 4th & 5th of August at €250 per day or €470 for both
