F.A.O those going to LLandow on June 4th

As it's getting close to this i thought it might help to create a check list for those who have never been before and for those who don't have very good memories :D

When you ad your suggestion to the list if you can cut and paste the list that way it will remain easy to read.

Leathers - one piece or 2 piece with a full 360 degree zip
Licence - both parts
Boots
Gloves
Helmet
Bike
Bike keys
Water - you will get dehydrated
Food - there is a small cafe on site doing fast/junk food
Spare fuel - there is a small garage a few miles down the road but their fuel is expensive
Tent
Bedding
Ratchet straps to hold bike to trailer/van - make sure the front suspension is well compressed and you have a tie wrap around the front brake lever and clipon to stop bike from moving
generator
tyre warmers
paddock stands
tools
bike manual

What about the basics of "trackifying" your bike, for those who dont know ie tape over lights,mirrors off,lower tyre pressures etc

foot pump
pressure gauge

prepping your bike for the track

tape up your lights
tape up/remove indicators
remove number plate
reduce air pressure in tyres
remove mirrors

All the bike prep stuff is purely advisory, and Llandow to date have made no specific demands on bike prep :wink:

tyre warmers, generator and paddock stands, are these essential or recomended?
also what is the max noice level for track?
