Scorpion Race Can

My little RVF400 came with an extra can, a Scorpion marked 'not for road use'. Even though it sounds great I don't use it on road 
My question is will it pass the dB test at Llandow, or should I bring the road exhaust as well?
The can is 3 bolt on, straight through and the bike doesn't need re-mapping to use it (apparently).
