New Lid, well, newish.......

Ok, I've had it a few months now but I've been a bit busy and am now just finding time to catch up
!

Its actually from Graham (Graham22 on site) and I know people have definite ideas about second hand helmets, also the rules about changing your lid every 5-7 years but working with composites for the last 20 odd years I have a pretty good understanding of how they work etc.
I know Graham is really careful about how he looks after his Bike Gear and know its history, but also considering that I repair and recondition vintage surfboards I know well made glassfibre composites will last 20 plus years if properly looked after. Believe me, if you've ever tried sanding old laminates, even just a month or so, it gets harder the longer you leave it and that's on a piece of equipment that gets massive amounts of UV and weather exposure.
Anyway, I love it! Good vision and comfortable with decent noise protection, although I still wear ear plugs on longer trips.
