"URGENT!

I have been approached by Anthony's Mother. Anthony is the 23 year old who was a member of Mid Devon Bikers Facebook group who sadly passed away due to a Tragic Motorcycle accident, She wants arrange an Escort from Tiverton to Exeter crematorium for his funeral and his last ever ride.

The date is still to be confirmed but I would like as many of us to attend as possible and I will let people know the date as soon as I know.

14th August 2015:
Mid Devon Bikers escort to Exeter crematorium.


Funeral bike and all attendees will now be traveling along the Devon valley road to Exeter via Bickleigh as one group.

Ceremony is at 2:45 at Exeter crematorium and the journey from Tiverton for the funeral bike plus family transport is expected to take 45 minutes so a nice steady ride for everyone. Aim to be in Tiverton no later than 1:30pm please.

Exact details and meeting place etc to be added ASAP.

Feel free to attach a ribbon to your bike, however.. if you have a flat peak/snap back cap or a pair of trainers you can attach to your bike that would be perfect! "

I understand that there may be some of you on here that knew this young man and are aware of the funeral arrangements - is there anyone else who would be kind enough to give a couple of hours of their time on Friday

I'll be going along to this, not sure on the leaving point in tivvy yet but shouldn't be too difficult to find it.

Meeting at Tivvy McDonalds for 1pm for anyone that can make it on Friday.

I know the weather has been a little unpredictable of late but please, if any of you can spare a couple of hours that would be really appreciated.

sorry i couldnt make it!!! the bandits sump plug chewed the threads and im currently fitting a new one (arrived this morning)

I made it along with about 50 other bikes

Amazingly the rain held off for the Journey

Well done Peter (and anyone else able to attend). Sadly, work got in the way this afternoon .....

I made it as well. There is a video on face book and lots of photo's of the bikes

I had to drop some parts back to the couriers in Tivvy and saw the bikes at maccys around leaving time.
