was a fairly slow group with a couple of fast guys chucked in for good measure, and Jimbo on his big red battle ship standing people up

There was a mixture of riders in inters. As always I was riding for my own progression on track, on Sat it was more than likely I should of popped up to fast group.

I do apologise if I stood you up in to a corner Julesh, however if I felt it was a little close I put my hand out to say sorry, if you didn't see it then it was a fair pass with plenty of room.

I'm just putting it out there a few riders don't like getting passed, it was very prevalent in the paddock a few people had a bit to say. To be honest I was pushing on and trying to hit my own targets, as pointed out there was some fast riders in the group! I would like to think I was one of them!

It's brilliant that we all go down as group and we really have a great community feel. However it's not follow my leader, even I get passed by people and it's them I try and follow, as they are faster for a reason! If people uncomfortable getting passed then you have a few options

Are you are in the right group or just go faster! In a group of 40 riders there will always be someone better, faster then you, me but it's how you respond to it.

Not saying I'm the best rider in the world and only a year or so I would be mid Noivce group, listening and working hard with people who are faster, better than me i have seen my riding become better and better. Sometimes there is a little to much negativity about being passed and not enough of positivity on how we all can improve.

The point is within this group there are years and years of experience so let's pass it on!!!!

Ranty mc rant over.

If I'm not getting passed a lot then it's cos I'm riding such a defensive line that it's just not Safe to. =))

I have no objection to passes when done sensibly, been endurance racing so quick and fast passes I am well used to. There was some proper naff riding there Saturday, particularly the session after lunch. I can’t remember the last time I came in early on a session due to being hacked off at being sat up on every bloody corner on a whole lap, came in before someone took me out. I will use all the track, if your going to come up the inside then do it quick and get it done, not faff about when I’ve already started tipping in  know it’s bad when the level of words used in my lid start with F and C!

Best session of the day last one when they’d either crashed or gone home!

Pleased to say all SWBers behaved :-bd

My rant over :D

I also thought last setion was the best...

It was very good in Novice I didn’t experience any scary moment’s really. Did have one who decided to go in pits then changed his or her mind.

If I over took anyone in a corner or not. Made it clear I was there and it was fair. I’m there to have fun. I’ve seen a lot worse at other track days..

All good fun..

As long as no one crapes my lovely paint work I’m happy.. :)):
