Bautista in World Super Bikes

Did anyone see the World super bikes where Bautista won all three races, each race he gained a second a lap on the rest of the field.
Is this a one off?
Is this now the level needed to be in world super bikes?
Is this rider and machine or just ride talent?
What are your views? Is this going to make 2019 season one sided and boring to watch?

I think this has shaken things up for sure..
Bautista has come from Moto Gp to WSB. Think that gives him advantage.
Also think that Ducati is quick in a strait line..
Also Jonathan Rea had a massive smash there. And has never really been settled there..
It be interesting to watch I think. Also love that they have Introduced the sprint race.

Interesting......
I couldn’t watch the races over the weekend but set BT to record them and looking forward to watching them. Philip Island was one of the best races of the year in 2018 so keen to watch this one.
Haddent realised they are now doing 3 races so hope I got all 3 on the recordings.
Also very good news they Jonathan Is not winning everything all the time as makes it a bit more interesting.

One event does not make a championship.
Season openers (especially P.I.) often don't indicate true form of when the series gets to mainland Europe.
Bautista is far from the only (nor most successful) rider to move between the championships (in either direction) and make a big initial impact. This form often rarely lasts the season.
That V4 is far closer a re-homologated gp bike than the others are being tweaked to be go comparable.

It is true one event does not prove form, but to win 3 races off the bat is no word of a lie brilliant.
It was on a track he has years and year of experience on along with technical knowledge.
It wont be long before a few tweeks and performances upgrades will bring the field closer together

Anything that means Mr Rea is not winning every race is a good thing.......

Alvaro has certainly ruffled the feathers in the WSBK paddock.... the bike looks and sounds amazing...
I think a trip to our round of the WSBK is a must... anyone else feel like going?
