MotoGP China

Post by SlowR1der »

At a guess most of you must have missed the MotoGP as you were on your Summer rideout. However i am pleased to report that a certain Mr Valentino Rossi took top honours with an excellent ride closely followed by Pedrosa and Stoner (not so close and blamed his tyreman for his 3rd place finish despite running the same tyres as Rossi).

JT came in 12th which still leaves him equal 5th in the Championship. :D

was a good race but no where near as exciting as the 125s let alone the 250's,now those races were worth getting up at silly o clock to watch whilst doing loads of work !!!
it seems mr stober isnt so confident this year and w've got to give credit to yamaha for building a superb new biker, its like 2004 all over again for them. its such a better package than last years 800 bike, imagine what it will be like if they can match the dukes top end speed

To be fair i think Edwards did quite well considering he ran off the end of the straight twice, and JT well he had never ridden the track before so we cant expect too much from him this year really.

interesting though that many of the riders were on the brakes so late at the end of the straight causing them to run wide, because they had not factored the extra speed they were carrying from the slipstream !!!

yep,you choose your marker and stick to it and that was what caught them out. good thing is rossi's now only 9 points off pedrosa who looked a beaten man and knew when he was second best.

250's was ktms 1 and 2 with a aprillia 3rd. kallio from koyohama then pasini. takahasi was third with 2 corners to go when suprisingly a honda engine blew and he limped home in 9th,bautista came off whilst leading at over a ton and managed to get 11th from laverty with 2 corners to go. debon crashed watching someone else run wide and still managed to get 5th by the flag.

125s was a real crash fest, with all 3 of the brits crashing out, smith was 3rd when he dropped it.hes suprised me with the amount of crashes hes had this year considering the bikes 1 of the best on the grid which should mean he doesnt have to push as hard as he did on the honda last year. the race was convincingly given the conditions by iannone,2nd was talmasci with dimeglio third, corsi the title leader crashed out and dint rejoin the race so hes now 3points behind talmasci in the title

its been a good season so far, roll on le mans and the european rounds :!: :!:
