Yes I saw – but their are also rumours of Yoshimura and Yamaha pulling out.

And as for European teams benefiting, Suzuka is no longer a contractual requirement for the permanent teams. So anyone having a poor start to the season may not go anyway and save the cash. Now that sponsors at all levels are pulling their funding.
