Re: Phillip Island Superpole result
after watching all the races,i think it will follow the same pattern as lat year, different riders but same bikes in the same positions.

Re: Phillip Island Superpole result
but aprillia werent anywhere at the finish.
although it is the best looking bike out there
i fear haga's going to do a bayliss ( would love it personally ) and people will start moaning about the duke etc
i know its too early to tell but already the suzukis are incosistent, kwaks nowhere and pirelli not making tyres that are suitable for all manufacturers. the 2 main teams from last year had no tyre issue, luck or developed for them ?

Re: Phillip Island Superpole result
Surprised Haga didn't try harder near the end of the 2nd race. Was it his tyres ??
If so surprised again as he had more of a battle to deal with in the 1st race and tyres would of been more of an issue there.
Or was it a change they made between races ??
Suzukis may be in consistent but again it could be down to the wrong changes made between races.
What was up with Shakey poor chap. Obviously needing to try too hard to get round thier handicap.
I thought most of the grid were pretty evenly matched between both races and BMW and Aprillia weren't really that bad.
It was the 1st race and teething probs are to be expected. Expeirence will always rule if you got a decent bike under you.
Can't wait till the next one
Oh nearly forgot awesome supersport race

Re: Phillip Island Superpole result
supersport was awesome, thats going to be great all year
was haga his tyres or just common sense and settling for the points and a steady start to his title season.
shakey knackered his hand in testing their last week ,checa also knocked himself out.

Re: Phillip Island Superpole result
i think race one was a marker for his season, head down and gone to prove he can win and replace bayliss with ease. iirc bayliss didnt manage results as good as that last year
