This Sunday, starts at Bude, finishes at Sennen (nr Lands End).
I've done it a few years now, just wondering if anyone from SWB competes in this or any other Road Trials?

£33, entries now closed, any trail bike will do (as long as it will make it from Bude to Lands End).Cheese Monkey wrote:OOO how much to enter
Shame there's now website to link to. A better on to watch is the Lands End Trial organised by the MCC Ltd ( http://www.themotorcyclingclub.org.uk/ ), held over Easter weekend, usually good to watch at Bluehill nr St Agnes, ridden that one a couple of times too - interesting doing sections at night.

Re: End To End Road Trial
Something I've often fancied having a go at ........ friend of a relative used to do it on a GPZ1100 powered Wasp outfit
Is there anywhere to look at for reg's / details of these events

Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....

Moose - try this:

Lands End Trial used to be a little difficult to enter, had to be a MCC member for a couple of years, get your entry in by return & if your face fits you get an entry. My Dad really wanted to do it since he was young so we joined and rode in 1999, 2002 & 2003 (missed '01 due to F&M), Dad won't ride again as he got banned from the results (and a silver medal) because he forgot to sign his signing off card!!
The West Country events in the above directory are less 'strict' and are usually a good day out getting you into areas you wouldn't normally go.
Great way of keeping on 2 wheels during winter.
