An article in the current Bike (March edition) about why car drivers pull out on bikes at junctions is well worth your looking at. Can't be arsed typing the full article or even summarising it so fork out your £3.70 you cheap gits and go to page 29. You can safely ignore the rest of the mag.

Good read though, problem is useually in that situation theres so much going on for the rider to think about you don't even have time to think about doing a side swing to attract attnetion. At best if I can I move from the middle of my lane to the middle of the road (if that makes sense) usually catches their attention :D

Yeah read that, always move if i see someone looking out of a junction, just move to the white line. If you keep an eye on them there are usually movements on the car that indicate they have seen you.
