Hiya, Bournemouth Newbie here...

Post by Gordon »

Hi everyone, my name is Gordon and I am in Bournemouth. I have been on streetbikes for almost a year now and I'm currently running a mock on a Yamaha R6.

I look forward to joining you on some of the ride outs in the future :D

Ha ha, I wasn't cold at all. My missus was though, hehe.
Unfortunately it's not my bike in the pic. I am running a 2001 5EB R6 in blue (the fastest colour).

Welcome Gordon, if you see a early Ninja 900 in Green, Purple and White down that way at weekends (girlfriend lives down sunny Bournemouth then say hi, wave as onboard camera! Also can't miss the silly Mohawk haircut when not riding.

I will keep an eye out for you. I just hope the weather gets a bit warmer so I can enjoy some leisure rides.
At the moment I am using my bike to commute and it has been bloody freezing over the winter.

I still don't know if it is better to ride fast and get there quicker to warm up or to ride slower and be colder for longer.
I havn't tried the slower option yet, didn't think it was worth it.

Any suggestions?

Well... I have been in Poland for a couple of weeks now and I am missing my bike sooo much. There are so many bikes around and it is making me sick
All I can do is fiddle with pics whilst I my noble steed awaits my return.
