Anyone up for it? If so, how about we meet at the top of the car park @ Exeter M5 Services at 10.00 a.m. for a 10.30 kick off? Or a different place & time?
I've got no pre-planned route, we could decide on the day. I'm happy to put my two-penny worth in but if you've got a favourite in mind, bring it along for discussion, just make sure the first stop's a coffee and nosh one!.

The weather's looking good, cold-ish but dry all day.

Could do the route I planned starting at Tiverton, or save it for another day and just meet wherever and chase the blue bits in the sky :?:

That's almost identical to a friendly ride that was done a few years ago. I would avoid the 377 ATM though as it's falling apart and there's Roadworks from what I have been told.

Try going from barnstaple into torrington then down through to morchard bishop.

Meet at Tiverton Morrisons leaving 10.00, ride (anticlockwise on the Google map) should take about 4 hours, if we only stop for fuel, or shorten it and have a cakes and coffee stop :?:

See y'all at the Globe to discuss 8)

If you're not at the Globe tonight to confirm (can't see your name on the list), we'll see you at Tiverton Morrisons at 10.00 a.m. :-bd

Cheers for a great ride out, probably my best day on the bike so far. Great weather, fantastic roads (some more suited to the GS than others!) and a friendly bunch of people. Shame I didn't get round to taking any photos, will have to do better next time

I thought the detour around Dulverton was "interesting". Surprising how well the Busa copes as a "trail" bike

Roll on the next ride in warmer weather, or I'll have to turn wimp and get heated grips/gloves B-)

Yup, a good day out was had enjoying Devon and Somerset's finest :D . Sorry Officer, not you, I meant roads and scenery! Thanks to Mr P for (most) of the route and for staying on the Bus (most) of the time  ! Great to meet up again with Richard on his well-peddled BMW GS, and to meet Paul on the very smart ZX10-R - first time out with SWB I believe. Here's the only pic' I took, four unattended bikes pining for their owners. I found them in the main car park in Lynmouth.
