not yet jay,

Jug,
clutch lever started getting lighter and lighter so i'd adjust out the lever more and more. then found that when i pulled in the lever it wasn't disengaging, to the point that it wouldn't disengage at all.

got i home, took off the cover to the res and there was no fluid in it. took off the slave and it was mucky, popped the seal and there was nothing left, nothing leaked out of the slave.

ah, ok.. so it's just a clutch slave seal and not an engine casing seal?

Nope... went out this afternoon in the sun and dry... deceptively freezing. Think I'll be staying in :D O:-)
Don't care who you are, how much you have, how powerful you are. You still sit on the toilet with your pants around your ankles. Yep, it's a level playing field..

Si

Take it from somebody in the transport business Brexit and Covid are not your friend and is killing the transport industry to the point the whole industry cant cope.

Anything getting into the UK at the moment is horrific, If the parts are also starting there life in USA or Asia to get into Europe to then move to the UK then expect months not days on the transport.

Now more then ever eBay is your friend. If you can purchase it from a UK reseller where it can be shipped domestically the do it. you will get it next day. A little off topic but I ordered a Guitar effects pedal from a European shop, after 5 weeks i had, had enough and cancelled the order placed the order on ebay and 22hrs later it was in my hands.

Good Luck

Not strictly true….

I have ordered parts in the last few weeks from Germany and France and both items turned up within a week and no hidden charges.

I've ordered loads of bits & bobs this year from Asia (just started using AliExpress this year) and it has all generally arrived within 2 weeks.
Likewise from ebay.

I think it's the shops that are screwing up, or maybe they aren't getting creative when it comes to which couriers to use.
