I can help with general stuff but not Triumph specific things as I've only used it on my KTM 990.

Get yourself registered on the Tiger 800 forum, post your problem on there and wait for the help from various experts. My good friend T800XC works with TuneECU and Tiger Tool, and is a diagnostic whizz. Rewired my 45 year old Suzuki but specialises in Triumphs
