You will eventually get cold with any gloves, unless you have heated grips.

My present and previous gloves are about the same for cold, and I've found with thermal inner golves I still get cold after a while.
The only real solution is heated grips, but they are for girls and softies, not like us hardened biker types

as clunk say no matter what you get in the way of gloves your hands will always get cold in the end.

The best way to keep your hands warm is to keep your core body temperature warm, i.e. lots of layers of t-shirts and jumpers etc, if you can fit a fleece under your bike jacket that will keep you lovely and warm.

The reason your extremities get cold first is that your body concentrates on keeping your core warm (i.e. where all the vital organs are) therefore if you make sure your core is really warm your body will be able to keep more bloody flowing to your hands and feet.
so it turns out.........sometime i do give a f*ck

recently it got so cold even with thermals on i decided to shove a layer of newspaper up the front of my jacket hobo style. Works a treat, keeps me toasty and warm and no one else can see it.
i dont have a drinking problem.......if anything, i'm too good at it

So being naked under my leathers wont help then
Not sure i will go as far as stuffing my torso with the sunday times...but the layers option sounds the best, cheers all.

i heard marigolds work, cus they dont let the cold get in, for explame u fill the sink with boiling hot water and u stick ur hand in with a marigold and its not that hot, luke warm. works the same way with the cold. worth a go i suppose.

:? Right well i see your point baskie but marigolds make your hands freezing...not that i persue a fetish or anything but as a brickie they are the best things to prevent birdseyes, my hands were soft like a babies bum....but frikkin freezing. But to be honest i do have bad circulation in my hands and feet, so maybe i just have to go with the newspaper after all
