Straight outta Portsmouth port into pissing rain and 15miles of 50mph roadworks.... then filtered through traffic pretty much all the way to Honiton. Incredible...

Makes you realise just how overcrowded we are on this island.

Nice route, Nick - shame about the wet roads but at least we didn't get rained on. Bike looks like I've done a day's trail riding....

Glad you got home okay Alan - it looked a bad 'un when I saw you on the floor. I seem to be taking the role of sweeper rider literally -that's two from two! I'll bring a broom and shovel next time, plus a warning triangle and some cones.....
