First one 2020

Look in here for local ride outs...

Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Steve, I normally go at a "making good progress" pace - not hanging about but not crazy stupid either - particularly not crazy stupid on winter roads. But rest assured I absolutely insist everyone rides within their own comfort levels as there is no need to have to keep up with the rider ahead. We will junction mark as needed and I regularly stop to regroup the riders and check with the Tail End Charlie (cheers Si) that all is well. If the faster riders have to wait, well that's tough and as is well known my old mans bladder welcomes the regular stops.
However we will get frustrated if progress is particularly slow so the likes of 125 riders and anyone particularly inexperienced/nervous would be better off on the many "friendly" rides that SWB does.
old and disgraceful so doing what I can while I can before I can't

Don't care who you are, how much you have, how powerful you are. You still sit on the toilet with your pants around your ankles. Yep, it's a level playing field..
