I need to get fit, never mind keep fit.

To be honest I cant be ar$ed with it.

The way I see it, you've only got so many heart beats before the old ticker packs up. Best to try and conserve them as much as possible.

I do like the sadsak workout though, you should bring out a DVD.

some nights I use the buttons on the TV instead of the remote control ;)
