Well i beleive it is a offence which can lead too points and a fine or even a ban not giving your details after an accident, so tech the stupid old bat a lesson, first phone em and say you are reperting them and it could result in a heavy fine and points on their licence or a ban, then do so

I'm not the only one with mental issues then :D . Anyway they are old, so we can just all walk into their house, withstand the handbag batting and then pull their legs off because I doubt their skin will still be strong enough to hold them on. Plus I want some pratice for when I will be a professanal hitman.
