Don't know about you Phil but I'll be going to bed usual time Saturday 10.00-10.30 and getting up usual time Sunday 05.30-06.00 and enjoying the extra hour in bed when the clocks go back from 02.00 to 01.00

In the UK the clocks go forward 1 hour at 1am on the last Sunday in March, and back 1 hour at 2am on the last Sunday in October. The period when the clocks are 1 hour ahead is called British Summer Time (BST).
I think the first sign of being a 'grey one' is believing anything Robbo dribbles out before, during and after matron has done her rounds and given him his daily dose of meds.

Hmmm, not sure how you figure that Phil, as I'm pretty sure I end up working an EXTRA hour, booking on in Truro just before midnight ......
........ and then waiting to see what arguments we get on Monday about what hours our new automated electronic signing on/off system allocates us
