Just to confirm, despite a potential, almost certain, rain shower, this is still on. Leaving Exeter M5 services top of main car park at 0800 hrs.

I fear an 0800 start is too early for me on a Sunday. I’m up before 6 every other day so I like a little bit of a lie-in on Sunday’s. I’ll be out but not till an hour or so later I reckon.

Great ride today guys. Thanks to all who came out to play. Even enjoyed riding through the one monsoon we encountered for a few miles.

Hope everyone's home safe and bike's all cleaned and put to bed for their next outing.

Thanks to Red5 Nick for instigating, planning and leading an excellent rideout today. And thanks to Roy for TEC-ing - THAT'S a first, well done old chap! And now you've had some practise for it, does that mean you'll always be at the back  ?

Also thanks to the other hardy souls who made for a good fun day with plenty of laughs. Though 'twer a tad damp across Toller Down on the way back I have to say. By the time I got home - via Exeter to catch a bit of bike racing - I'd got 201 miles showing on the Trumpet's trip, all on one tankfull of Messrs Esso's finest. That makes the Trumpet almost worth keeping :) .

Sorry I missed this one. New brake fluid during refurb of the Brembos left an annoying bit of air in the lines that wasn't sorted in time.

Great ride, fine route Nick especially the twisties and yes it was mainly dry even sunny when we set off.
On Toller Down it tipped down but as we had on wets, no problem, cause that's what biking is about.
Looking forward to the next ride.
TECing------mmm---it's ok
