Fast group booked.
Have some things to try rather than thrashing the arse off it all day.

Gerards at Mallory does annihilate the right side of your tyres

Top Tip: run slicks, you can reverse them!
Any long corner gives tyres a really hard time, I've had similar issues with rears around Chris Curve at Cadwell and Coram at Snetterton
Have fun anyway, and I hope that the evening's entertainment wherever you stay is less "Cops with Cameras" than it was last time you guys were up there...

You guys are doing it wrong, go slower and your tyres will look better.

New something wasn’t right so went back to basics Sunday and stripped the forks to check and refresh the oil.
First found a spacer upside down so spring wasn’t located – which would explain the occasional spring chatter.
Then found oil levels set well below spec.
Then found oil viscosity was very different between legs!
And lastly, one legs rebound damper wasn't working properly as the damper rod locknut was set wrong.
So with a bit of luck I may be able to find a setting that suits now.
