Hi Franky
Welcome to the forum. Hope that you enjoy it here. There are ride outs most weekends through the summer months and this year seems winter has not stopped people getting bikes out the garages. Some of us on here are track day lovers (myself included) so would be good if you wanted to join us and don't forget about the SWB track day at LLandow which is a really cost effective day. Also plenty of pub meets to normally watch Moto GP and if that is not enough there is plenty of help with tech support on here as well.
Re bike set up I have had my bikes done by both Billinom8s and Steve and Hell.
If you are looking for a decent road set up for the Superduke go to Billinom8s he knows what he is doing and can service and give you a decent base set up.
If you are a track day god looking for that perfect race set up for your zx10r then pay the extra cash and go to Steve at Hell, there is no doubt he is fantastic and really knows his stuff and does not disappoint.
