Sunrise is 0514 so by 6 when we're off out to play for a couple of hours it should be nice n sunny.

This ride is of course weather dependant but it's in the diary.

Leaving Bridge Motorcycles in Exeter at 6am.

Well think is fair to say that you have given everybody enough notice. Hell by then I might have even bought a new bike so who knows might even join this one.

Miracles do not happen. Add the route to all the other cancelled/postponed rides for the mega Christmas ride

Right, that's around 750 miles total for the Christmas ride - any advance on that?

Easy solution - rise at a sensible time, log onto laptop, open Google Street view for start point of ride, and follow the route from the comfort of your armchair. Plenty of coffee and bacon sarnies as you ride, toilet breaks as you need them, and not a frozen digit or dewdrop in sight :-bd

Nobody else in the country will even be up at the times billi will be out.
We're dealing with a post lockdown world now... 10:00 is considered an early start, as it rightly should be.

Good start to the day, hit a deer on the way in and broke the fairing.
Still, great weather for it.
Other than that, 100 miles and only had to make 3 overtakes. Lovely empty roads.
