The only time I ever acheived a leg dangle was in the last milliscond or two before I fell off.

First explanation I've heard. Really interesting and everything he said makes sense, obviously won't help me at all. Surprised me a bit that he didn't mention it helping to put off anybody coming up the inside.

I do it regularly.....when the arthritic hips play up. Normally just before that regular emergency, the "Brian stop"

That's a good video to watch he has done some decent you tube vids recently.
Don't think that i will be trying to do this any time soon on a track day.
