Whilst the outcome was clearly horrendous, perhaps one shouldn't lose sight of the fact that if they hadn't been thieving scrotes in the process of taking what wasn't theirs, none of what followed would have happened 
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....

A driver accused of killing a man who stole his motorbike by ramming him with his car has been found not guilty of murder.
Jurors at Newcastle Crown Court cleared Mihai Dinisoae of murdering pillion passenger Joshua Molloy, 28, and also found him not guilty of causing GBH with intent to rider Mikey Dunwiddie, 28.
They failed to reach a verdict on the alternative charge of manslaughter and were discharged.

Providing the rider who stole the bike also gets 10 years for nicking the bike and being just a responsible for the death of his pillion then it is what it is. In my opinion the guy who was chasing should have got suspended sentence.
