Short notice run as it seems the weather is going to be kind tomorrow.

Planning to do some of my favourite roads out that way, hopefully to finish at Seaton in time for the bike night at Chris’s Cafe in Axmouth Harbour a 18:00. Ride will be something like this.


Garmin thinks it's 110 miles & 3 hours riding time.
Meeting place will be opposite Tesco filling station in Chard at 13:45'ish.

Sorry Mr Jug, you've chosen the one day I can't do an afternoon ride . Mrs R and I have FINALY managed to secure a well overdue NHS dental appointment on that day and as NHS dental app's are like rocking horse poop to get we're deffo going to be attending! I'll be at Seaton Bike Night though so see you there.

Good to see you all chaps. Thanks Rich for organising and setting a record for a route with the highest amount of closed roads:).

Glad I left when i did, hit rain 10 miles from home and got soaked…I hate riding in the rain and dark.

Yeh, it really was 'the road not taken'....
So many roads closed, one flooded and lots of mud on the roads courtesy of our farmers.

Still, it was nice to be out with company and a surprising turn out at Seaton considering how late in the season it is.
